A nice clean hotel with a somewhat formal service which is fine.Everything clean and cleaned well, the pool is great and a welcomed refresher from the hot sticky city. For 40.- US$ a night for the double you cannot complain! The room was big, we've had two beds with good mattrasses, TV, free WLAN. It was clean and quiet. Spended five days in HCMC and glad we stayed here. Had the deluxe room and couldn't hear the traffic at all even though traffic is very heavy all over. Breakfast was very eastern but was to live with. We loved the rooftop pool area. Spend several hours uphere before or after doing some sightseeing. Location to central areas/sights is fine.... More

The real selling point for me with this was the pool, as in HCMC it seems that you're fairly limited when it comes to non multinational hotels with a pool.
