the service are professional and responsible, the fees are economic and people are friendly, only a small advise is the bath room floor too wet, easy get fall down

This is a great lower-cost option in Hanoi. The owners are terrific and wonderfully helpful, sorting out trips to Halong Bay and Sapa as well as arranging a reasonable cost transfer to the airport when I left. Good in service while average on facilities, the owner was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a budget hotel, this is the one, really considerate of "budget" for you (a high range of cost against living environment).
