This is the worst hotel we have ever experienced. There were motor-scooters parked in the lobby, the power fails, there is no emergency lighting or smoke alarms of any description. The stair-well was blocked with chairs. The rooms had no windows, the bathrooms flooded and the beds were old and lumpy. The photographs of the hotel found on the internet... more

I can find many restaurants around the hotel. And the location is good for us. It’s easy for us to explore Hanoi in the midnight. The rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. Breakfasts are very good, their minibar is great. Our bath room rather small but I can understand that it nice in Old Quarter and I think that... more

Really nice hotel in center of Hanoi, really near the cathedral and the Hoan Kiem Lac. The staffs are really nice and always try to help. The rooms quit big and nice decoration for this price. From this hotel you can walk everywhere really easy so i will recommend. more

My friend is Vietnames, she had booked the room at Indochina hotel for us with $35/night. It's very nice hotel locating in a quite street near the church. Every where in Hanoi so busy, noisy except this street. Our room was not so big but very cozy, full facilities ,it's good value for money. I have talked with many guests... more

I stayed 3 nights after the Ritz cocked my booking up - this is one of their sister hotels. TheRitz paid for the difference in rates here though and they were very apologetic about the mistake that led to double booking. Rooms are nice and well presented, with internet in each room. Breakfast is standard, eggs (cooked to order) plus... more
