Everyone was extremely polite, helpfull and kind, the manager and all the other staff of the hotel, giving a very hospital note to the hotel. Stayed on two occaisions during Wendy Wu tour. The rooms we had were modern, clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The hotel was in a pretty good location, not too bad with cleanliness, they still have a lot to learn about customer service but this expected as many many places over there are still getting into the swing of what to do and how to treat tourists and it is hard for them as their are many nationalities visiting now... Stayed here on a group tour. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was adequate, 2 terminals in lobby for free internet, decent breakfast. My only negative is that it takes a good 20 minutes to walk to the Old Quarter and the lake, and there is nothing interesting along the way.
