My husband and I stayed here for several nights and would highly recommend this hotel as it is in the centre of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We arranged our stay via email and their communication skills were excellent. We booked the Halong Bay trip and Sapa and Bac Ha trip via email with the hotel. All trips went as... more

We stayed at the Jasmine 2 due to reviews on this site and were not disappointed with the consistency of the reviews and the experience except that no-one had noted that backing onto the hotel is a nightclub with music until midnight every night (rooms at the back were quieter but we still had the air-con going to drown out... more

We booked a room with the Jasmine 2 (formerly The Ritz) online, and they emailed us to confirm and arrange a pick-up at the airport. A driver was waiting for us, and when we got to the hotel we didn't have to worry about paying the taxi as they had added it to the bill. The staff was just so... more

I promised I'd write a review and I can't believe it's already November! Stayed there for 4 nights total in July. The hotel nicely agreed to keep our luggage while we went on an overnight boat trip in Halong Bay. Very friendly service, good location, internet working most nights, had our laundry done. Good choice of breakfast, plenty to eat.... more

This was a good hotel for the money. * Lovely service * OK breakfast (but decent brekkies in the budget range are yet to be found by this traveller!) * Good location * Rec'd free airport pick up * LOUD nightclub next door - not for the light sleeper though our 18mo daughter was ok with the sound! * STAIRS... more

My boyfriend and I booked this Hotel online and it came with a free pickup service at the airport. Our plane was delayed about 2 hours and it was raining when we reached, but the hotel staff came out quickly to let us in. The rooms (we had two, 1 before halong bay and 1 after) were clean and warm.... more

We stayed here in the first two nights and last two nights of our 10 days trip in Hanoi during mid August. The staff are always very warm and hospitable. Breakfast and coffee were good too. Even Spring and River both took time to meet us and to see that our stay was well taken care of. Simon and Diep... more

Single traveller, stayed here for a week in August. When I arrived in Hanoi, the chef came to pick me up from a bus station - the chef, me, my suitcase, and rucksack, all on a small motorbike, zooming through the crazy streets of Old Hanoi! Hotel is in a good location, opposite the lake. Very friendly and welcoming staff.... more

During my trip to hanoi i stayed at The Ritz hotel, 32 Le Thai To Street (aka Jasmine Hotel 2). From the time i walked into the small lobby, i was already greeted with warmth of the staffs. Because of the very friendly and helpful staffs, very clean room, excellent location, i had then stayed in this hotel for most... more
