The hotel nicely agreed to keep our luggage while we went on an overnight boat trip in Halong Bay. Very friendly service, good location, internet working most nights, had our laundry done. My boyfriend and I booked this Hotel online and it came with a free pickup service at the airport. Our plane was delayed about 2 hours and it was raining when we reached, but the hotel staff came out quickly to let us in. This hotel offered the best value for money and is conveniently situated in the Old Quarter opposite Hoan Kiem Lake. Comfortable en suite room, airport transfer and breakfast included. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with organising tours, train tickets, cabs etc. more
