My family and I visited Hanoi in May 2012 and found Rising Dragon I hotel through the word of mouth on tripadvisor forums. We landed in the Hanoi airport at night and was picked up by the Rising Dragon driver at the airport for a nominal cost. It was about 30min drive at night through Hanoi and city traffic was... More

The super-friendly staff are always there to ensure that your stay in Hanoi is comfortable. Their sincerity and genuine nature in the way they interact with their guests was the biggest reason we miss our stay in Hanoi. Booked all our trips through them and they gave us good prices! When we came back from our Sapa trip in the... More

We have been very good for the Rising Dragon III, even if Hanoi did not like much! The room was very nice and the breakfast excellent. Centrally located and convenient. The thing we liked most was the infinite kindness of the staff. The staff has booked the train and walked us to the station bringing the suitcases. Thank you for... More

Hotel was extremely noisy. The bed was one of the hardest I've ever slept on. The bathroom was not very clean and very old. The breakfast service was terrible. They told us that the only option available was eggs which were too greasy. The receptionist was way too pushy with trying to get us to book our trip to Halong... More

We walked into Rising Dragon Hotel looking for a double room, because we didn't like our current hotel in Hanoi. One of the receptionists, named Neo, was very friendly and showed us a Standard Room for $22. We liked Neo, the hotel, and the room, so we asked to save us the room, and we would return the next day.... More

We stayed 2 nights with my 2 friends ,we took the deluxe triple room, for our surprise the room more spacious and have a free PC inside..We ask to pick-up from the airport although the driver come late but it is because our flights arrived earlier. As we arrive at the hotel staff are so friendly, always smiling and speak... More

The hotel is clean and well located and seems like a good choice; However, we booked for two nights over the internet at a rate of $14US. We then asked for a further night and were told 'no problem but do it through us instead of the internet'. I thought fine, perhaps we will get a better rate as we... More

I stayed at Rising Dragon on 1 April, together with 5 friends. Six of us stayed in 3 separate rooms. The hotel staff was friendly and very welcoming (although there was a slight hiccup over the meet-and-greet car service which took us from the airport to the hotel). The room: I shared a room with my friend. There is a... More

We found the staff to be very helpful and lovely with very good English skills. They can book travel and we did a Halong Bay cruise through them which was great, but there is no pressure to book anything. The location in the Old Quarter is great and only a short walk to the Lake. Our room had all the... More

We stayed here 3 nights and I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, great English, gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations, as well as sorting out a taxi to the airport and the use of a room after we had checked out so we could shower before our evening flight home....
