The property is located along the West Lake with excellent lake view. Stayed in the 1-Bedroom Deluxe apartment. Generally spacious with decent in-house amenities. Well equiped in the apartment! Just spent 2 nights there with my friend from Singapore. Liked their resort-style and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good (heard that they just changed the supplyer). We found some reasonable local restaurants in walking distance around the lake. Wish to come back for honeymoon.

While the rooms are nicer and newer than Somerset Hanoi Towers downtown and the staff is nice and helpful, the location is the worst you can get in Hanoi. Literally in the middle of nowhere.
