This guesthouse is by far the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. Worth every Dong. Service is great, with free complimentary fruits and drinks. They serve big breakfast. The room is very clean. The staff is always ready to help. They arrange everything for you so it really feels like you are on a worry free vacation. I wish every... More

I cant say that this is the best hotel I have stayed too in Hanoi (since I have only stayed in two hotels in my two visits here) but I definitely would be coming back even if it means that I wont be able to try the other hotels within the Old Quarters. That is how satisfying Hanoi Guesthouse, they... More

I've been travelling for about 3 months now and this is the best place I've stayed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You get a free breakfast and complimentary fruit and juice all day. The rooms are big and spacious and have a bath which was a real treat! They helped us book our Halong bay trip and recommended... More

Stayed 3 nights in June in a deluxe room with balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service was impeccable and very friendly. Easy walking distance to all sights. Airport pickup arranged by hotel made everything really easy.

The people working here are amazing. They will try and do anything to make your stay enjoyable and easy. Myself and a few friends stayed here and organised halong bay through the staff and everything was just so easy. Great spot, we were hooked up with a few different places to eat and drink and nothing disappointed us. Its always... More

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough if your looking for budget, location, VFM, friendly staff , back up for tour bookings and any problems which may arise . The breakfasts are a good way to start the day, rooms simple and good enough for what you pay. I had my camera stollen and one of the lovely staff took... More

We stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Guesthouse, nice & clean hotel, very well located in the old city, quiet, with very nice people ready to help when you need them. The staff can organise your trip to Sapa or Halong bay with many possibilities. We would clearly return if we went back to Hanoi.

We stayed for a couple of days in the Hanoi Guesthouse and also booked trips to Halong Bay, Sapa and Hoa Lu. It was a great pleasure to stay in this guesthouse. We admired the great hospitality and the personal attention from the staff. After we came back from the several trips (well arranged) it was like coming home. Rooms... More

From the point of communicating with them, till the point of ending the holiday, the staff never ceased to try to please their potential, and subsequently, customers to their best effort. I was simply blown away by their friendliness and hospitality, their effort to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied, their catering of the customer's needs and wishes to... More

We have recently been staying at the Hanoi Guesthouse and were really glad we chose to stay here. With so many choices it can be hard to decide but if you choose them you won't be disappointed. The bed was like heaven after travelling around asia for 2 months, nice and soft. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite which... More
