Thien Thai Hotel The hotel was conveniently situated near a main road to enter & leave the city, just round the corner to the Old Quarter and walking distance to a lot of the main places of interest. Stayed here for two nights in Rm305 & then returned and stayed in Rm605 on B&B basis. Amenities in room good, tea... More

We arrived around 7:30am after a trip north from Hue on the Reunification Express. The hotel's entrance foyer is reached by climbing 8-10 steps and is relatively small. Notwithstanding the size of the foyer, the hotel was good enough to look after our bags while we walked to Hoan Kiem Lake for breakfast in a nearby cafe. We stayed in... More

We stated here for 3 nights with Exodus. Not the roomiest of hotels and we did not even notice there was a jacuzzi. Breakfast was fabuluos, I recommend the omlettes, freshly made & cooked in front of you in a minute with chopsticks.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. On our first night we were given rooms on the 3rd floor… everyone on our tour had problems with their rooms. The rooms were very musty, and dark so walking into the room after a long day of sightseeing it was not best feeling; not the most relaxing place to be. The... More

I was there with one of my best friends on a tour with Exodus for nearly 3 weeks and as you could imagine we covered pretty much most of Vietnam, which means we went to a lot of hotels and other sort of accommodations. I'll try to review this as best as I could remember. This was the first hotel... More

This is a good mid range hotel to stay in. Friendly staff, nice rooms and a good convenient location. The breakfast is fantastic. Avoid having the two rooms down stairs, unless you like to be woken up from 6:00am by the kitchen staff preparing breakfast and then patrons dining on breakfast from the buffet straight outside your window. You can... More

Three night stay as part of tour. No problems encountered. Large room king bed everything worked. Central to old part of Hanoi. Could walk to everything. Hawkers outside hotel but part of the cultural experience. Breakfast had a good choice for hotel of 3 stars. Restaurant attached also good good price good. Wifi available but not advertised.

3-night stay was fine. Located very close to the market, so nighttime shopping is readily available. Room is big enough and air condition works great. TV was a bit fuzzy. Bathroom is quite dark, and even though the toilet had the strip of paper that read "sanitized," we were quite horrified to find evidence that it wasn't. Ugh. Otherwise, the... More

Three nights here was OK. Check in a tad of a hassle as not one of the receptionists spoke English (or French as we witnessed for other travellers) when we were checking in. Otherwise service was average. Rooms clean, a tad dated however. Breakfast buffet was poor selection and poor quality as well. The woman who stands out front trying... More

This was an ordinary hotel but I was happy with it, especially for the price. I booked it through Agoda and found a good deal. It is only a short walk to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Only a couple staff spoke English and they were not always working so that was a little problem. The breakfast buffet was good.... More
