The hotel is an average or low end 3 star hotel located in an inconvenient and noisy neighbourhood, catering mainly for group tours. The breakfast was very limited without much Western choice. We had booked in for 10 days but only lasted 2 nights due to a flooded bathroom night and day (apparently it was our fault!), harsh only partly operational room lighting and kitch and dusty dining room.
