We stayed for 4 nights. Everthing about the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and had excellent facilities and views. The location could not be better for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter.The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Would recommend a stay at the hotel whenever in Hanoi.

The Executive Lounge was under renovation (August 2011) and is now working in the restaurant. A good thing when you can get free drinks and order food from the restaurant. Standard rooms and a small swimming pool area. Center location. The level of service varies according to situation and person.
