The location and service of this hotel is perfect. I was treated as one of their most important guest since I checked in. The service was very personalized. In turn of the bed, it is not the best I experienced in this hotel group.

This is wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. I love the history (many famous people have stayed here including Joan Baez and Jane Fonda during the Vietnam war). I love the colonial feel. I love the very helpful staff. I love the central location. Tip. Stay in the old wing.

This Hotel is no doubt the finest in Asia! A superb experience with luxurious rooms, great restaurants and fantastic staff. This hotel caters magnificently for all visitors. A great Spa experience is available and staff such as Miss Vi in massage and Mr Minh in fitness are special people to be commended. We will keep returning to our favourite hotel.
