Location is excellent, staff are super friendly and very helpful. Didn't try the breakfast (which was included) so can't review. We stayed here twice (to and from Halong Bay) and the location alone is a reason to go there. Would however recommend going for one of the higher quality rooms and make sure you check things like the bath operation... More

I usually stay at the Sheraton due, mainly because it's paid for by my company, but decided to try a boutique hotel. I was very glad I did. The service was the main difference since the rooms were nice and clean without being overly extravagant. I plan to try the Amanda hotel the next time I'm back in Hanoi.
