We came to this place truly exhausted of our trip and tired of the abrupt vietnamese style, we were welcomed with open arms and a generous smile. After seeing the room, a compact but well sorted space with a luxurious, rainshower equipped bathroom, we were convinced. Eventually we stayed for 3 nights, a highly recommendable place for everyone!

First of I would like to mention the Hanoi Central Hotel would most defiantly be the friendliest hotel that I stayed at throughout my South-East Asia backpackers trip! The staff is always friendly, polite, considerate and helpful which adds to the hotel’s already warm and pleasant atmosphere. Since the staff are all locals they will most defiantly be able assist... We stayed at Hanoi Central Hotel for 2 nights as one of our friends book this place for us. We arrived at the hotel around 11.30 am which is earlier than the check-in time but the reception was so nice to us and let us check-in and get the room first.
