Very obliging service and nice and clean room. The staff tried to help us whenever possible. Good location with a lot of small shops araound the hotel. Near to the center of Hanoi. I really can recommend this hotel.

The location is very good. You are placed very close to the shopping area and central Hanoi.The staff are superb as noted by previous users.
