I loved the people who ran this hostel, always very helpful and easy going not to mention extremely helpful. The down side was that the bed always felt wet due to the high humidity and lack of properly functioning air conditioning/ dehumidifiers, making for a very gross feeling bed at night.

Rooms and location were great but the best part was definitely the staff! Incredibely helpful and friendly, made this a nice, relaxing place to come home to after a busy day in Hanoi. Would definitely stay here again.
