Visited in January during the cold, rainy season. Insufficient heat and hot water. Toiletries were in sample-sized bottles that had been refilled, labels peeling off of the side. We have stay in Hanoi for 2 nights, thanks to my travel agent for help me to choose Lucky 3 hotel. The room price is very good for money, room is clean, staffs are friendly and very good service. Remember our breakfast was at the top of the building which has a very good view at whole Old Quarter streets.

We spent 6 nights in Lucky 3 and were very satisfied. The location is very convenient for the Old Quarter and other tourist sites; the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were quiet (at the back), clean, and well-appointed. Breakfasts were good and the coffee was excellent.

I'm stayed Lucky hotel just for 1 night. This hotel stuff are so friendly. The room is so big and clean with particulary spacious and air balcony. Free internet but slow.
