We booked some months ago a luxury room for 5 nights (40$) and we got a simple room, Tourists which just walked in got the luxury room for one night for 27$. A lovely display of Hanoi all within this little hotel! Amazing staff! They were able to arrange flights for us last minute and offer helpful information about Vienam. Extremely gracious and helpful!! Finding places like this allows the weary traveler to recharge!

Just stayed there 15 to 17th dec, 2011. They were really of service. The room was really confortable and clean. The location of the hotel in the old city was truly convenient. Definate go again place. Everone who works there seems happy they are smiley.
