Great location in Hanoi... Short walk to old quarter. Great rooms.... Very hip/boutique feel. Bed was great! Staff very nice... “hotel double charge my credit card for one time and forget to charge the full amount the second time”

Location was nice. The hotel is not in the middle of the old quarter (so not in the middle of craziness) but close enough to walk. Service was helpful and rooms were nice.

It is a modern boutique hotel and its design is a mixture of Rococo and modernism, funny. Bathroom and bedroom are separated by a curtain, no idea why.
