Date of stay: May 9 I’m mystified as to whether this is the same hotel at which some of the other reviewers stayed! My companion and I were sent here after the hotel we pre-booked ended up with an overbooking situation. The first room they put us in, 101, had a dirty floor, a bathroom door that did not close,... My colleagues and I always stay at this hotel after we tried a few other hotels in HAnoi (Other hotels might be a bit cheaper but don't provide breakfast). The hotel is clean, the staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always good with fresh fruits, yogurt, milk coffee and tea. You can also order Hanoi special food as... More

This hotel is small with nothing really special........... apart from the staff and the price which is not too bad for starters!!!! The rooms were basic and clean, the breakfast adequate but unchanging. We booked our tours through the tour desk where Ms Chau was a delight. We did a whole day to Halong Bay because of our time schedule.... More

We stayed here 5 nights on our first visit and 1 on our return. On our first visit, we checked in very early and unexpectedly were able to go to our room. Wonderful after an overnight train. The room was great but there was a loud unexplained noise. When my husband mentioned this , we were immediately offered another room... More

We stayed 4 nights split across 2 stays. We came back here after our trip to Cat Ba.. On our second stay we were upgraded to a far superior room. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Neither rooms had a view to speak of. The staff were mostly helpful organising taxis and buses for us although I know they get... More

This hotel is located in the old quarter which is bustling with life and motor bikes. Lots,of shops and restaurants all over. The rooms are nice and staff tries to be helpful. But we had times with no electricity for several hours and then another day no hot water for several hours (right when we needed to shower for work... More

I stayed here with 20 HS students as we worked on a service project in Hanoi. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. It was in a great location for us but the one downside - we chartered a bus and it could not get down the narrow streets, so we had to walk 3 blocks to... More

I went to Hanoi without any destinies for travel because my purpose is for doctoral internship and did some experiment. But when i arrived there, many information i have got from the hotel are very interesting, so I and my freinds dicided to join the trip to Ha Long Bay, which is the most famous attractive place and it was... I found the staff very helpful and the accomadations clean and secure. I slept well. The only problem I had was not being able to access the wifi from my room. I had to go downstairs, close to the desk and modum.

This hotel clean, the lobby and restaurant like budget hotel, room average but the food is bad. The best thing about this hotel is the location, you can just walk to night market about 10 - 15 minutes. It is located at the 36th Street, main shopping place in Hanoi. If you traveling in small or medium size group it... More
