This is perhaps the tackiest and most gratuitously appointed hotel I've ever set foot in. It's like Giani Versace threw up all over the place. (even the ceilings) . You would assume that a 5 star hotel would have at minimum decent customer service, this hotel breaks the mold. When asked if staff could help me, a small female, bring my luggage up to my room they refused. Well, my company and this hotel had a discount agreement so I could stay here not paying much. I didn't like its lavish decoration but the room was spacious, breakfast was good, staff were very kind too.
