We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is excellent for the sights and the hotel staff where very helpful. Breakfast was also excellent and they even gave us a packed breakfast the morning we left for the airport. Another plus point was the very fast free WiFi.

We stayed here on 3 separate occasions, as we used Hanoi as a base to visit Halong Bay and then Laos. The staff were very helpful minding bags, organising transport to and from the airport (in quite luxurious cars!) and advising about restaurants.
