The hotel is great and the staff are really helpful. They helped with our itinerary,recommended other places to stay in Vietnam that all worked out well. They also arranged our tickets for a boat trip in Halong Bay and train tickets to Sapa as weell as well as picking us up at the airport and train station. A definite recommendation
