I was traveling alone and the staff couldn't do enough for me. Very good location in Old Quarter, nice quiet room, would go back there again on my next visit, and will recommend to friends. Very economical prices, and value for money.

We stayed here for 4 nights in total, decided to return after our Halong Bay tour. We really enjoyed our stay, good location, nice breakfast included and friendly staff. A couple of things that could have been improved were the air con (either freezing cold or very warm), the staff (though very friendly) never remembered out names or room number... More

I've never before been made to feel as welcome and important as a guest as I have at the Rising Dragon Estate. The staff are friendly and nothing seems too much for them to do. I have stayed there two times now and would definitely go there again on my next visit to Hanoi, The location is good, about 10... More

When we arrived after a long trip the manager told us there was no free room and brought us to Rising Dragon Hotel in Hang Ba street for one night to pick us up next morning. This room was very small without a window. We lacked energy to make an issue of it. Our room for the next 3 nights... More

My husband and i stayed there for only one night and had a pleasant experience. It located bang in the old quarter and the lake is just a 10 minute walk away. So are all the clothes and souvenir shops. They had good large umbrellas handy at the door which were really useful as it kept raining on and off.... More

My friend and I stayed at Rising Dragon Estate Hotel (there are MANY Rising Dragons!) on recommendation of a friend, and had a fantastic experience. The location is great (in the old quarter, but away from the backpacker area), the staff are incredibly helpful and informative (helped provide several recommendations for us on things to do, places to eat, etc),... We had four nights in a suite with a balcony and a lovely street view to the lively street, although the room did not have all the amenities advertised on the booking site (kitchenette, fluffy bathrobe, laptop). However we were perfectly happy with the room but wanted to double check with the staff just in case and they said that... More

My BF and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was great. After a crazy long layover due to a missed flight, it was just what the doctor ordered. At first, they put us in room 403. Just so everyone is aware, all the rooms that are "03" on each floor do not have a window that opens to... More

A warm welcome from the staff here and such good service. My room was small, but very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Always nice to have the breakfast included in the price. To order off the menu with lots of options was a real bonus. I was very impressed with this... More

We are in Hanoi for two nights and randomly select to stay at the Rising Dragon after booking it online at the Hanoi Airport. Although bus service is available from the airport to a station near the hotel it is a long ride into the city. Since it is late in the evening our only reasonable option is a taxi... More
