Hidden charm hotel is located near the cathedral. They have friendly and helpfull staf. Rooms are big (bed is super big). Bathroom is ok. Clean, but could be better... Breakfast is good. A little strange though that the kitchen is located in the restaurant...

Above the tiny, narrow lobby are -indeed- hidden a small number of unexpected spacious, tastefull decorated, clean rooms over the full width of the building. I stayed here with my wife for just 1 night but it was enough to feel the kindness of the staff. The location it is great becouse it is the center but in a much more relaxed area compared with the north of the lake. For me the best hotel in Hanoi
