Great value for money....Rooms ending with -03 have Cathedral view & a real balcony where you can watch the street. Lots & lots of food around "bun cha" spring rolls , noodles shop . after 25 hours of travel they had no room ( I had booked 2 months in advance) and we had to be sent down the road to another hotel . The room was OK but the breakfast area was horrible and the food just edible.

very helpfull staff. the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel is very central in a quiet street near the cathedral. I just found it a little to expensive compared to other places we went to in vietnam
