I loved this place it was amazingly central and the staff were just so cool and helpful. Nice airy rooms with a chill balcony Rooftop with breafast Free beer 5-6pm was one of the attractions Also being one of the cheeper Hostels I was impressed with what I got Deffinately coming back!

Money went missing here! To prove we weren't mistaken, we photographed locker contents, upon getting back from city everything in locker was different. Proof that someone there is abusing trust. Don't let cheap prices fool you! Bad image for Hanoi, which is an otherwise amazing place with much better hostels than this!

This hostel is very average, the service is terrible and everyone in our dorm had money stolen out of their lockers. We also had clothes lost when they did our laundry. The showers/bathroom did not get cleaned during our entire stay and the linen and towels were not changed between guests.
