RDV Hotel is well placed in the Old Quarter as has the most friendly and resourceful staff I met during my 1-month trip in SE Asia. Even when I wasn't booked, they helped me with some logistics. Definitively a good service considering Vietnam´s scams. Rooms are above average for price range and include breakfast.

The room was very clean, the hotel is also well-located in the old quartier. The young staff is really prepared to treat you well, and they also sell tours and train/bus tickets very efficiently. Moreover, the staff gives good information about local food restaurants and activities.

Managed to get a good deal for the room, quite cheap indeed and includes and very decent breakfast (the milkshakes are the most generous size I've seen in two weeks). Highlight of the room was a great shower! Comfortable room and lovely staff. :)
