My sister and I recently stayed at this hotel. The package trip was made far more enjoyable by the reasonable price and professional service we received at the hotel. All staffs were eager to serve and we were always greeted with a big smile and a cup of cold water. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or... More

Staff are friendly, helpful and genuine. The rooms at the front have great views across the lake, with floor to ceiling glazing. however this does mean you will hear the traffic below. There's plenty of rooms at the back if you prefer it quiet. Although a quiet room is fairly hard to find anywhere in Vietnam! The hotel restaurant is... More

We booked this hotel according to the Lonely Planet guide but found that it was too far from the city centre. We checked out after one night and stayed at the city centre instead. We found Paloma to be overpriced for the location and what the hotel offered. $85 for the Lakeview room (room 501). $25 for one-way pick-up from... More

I dont particularly fancy the room. It looks old and the placement of the furniture kind of not working. It is very scattered. For the price we spent, it is not worth . the service is okay and location is not bad, close to the cafes, restaurants.

The entrance hall and the welcome by the receptionist were very good however when we went to the room it did not mirror our welcome. We were not shown to our room and when we got there the door was already open. The room was very small with no window and was quite claustrophobic. The bathroom door did not shut... More

Staying at the Paloma hotel for 2 weeks in 2 different Lake View rooms with my colleague. The setting, location, facilities (meeting room & restaurant), amenities and staff are all exceptional. No detail has been missed, this hotel is perfect & better than any big hotel nearby. Made reservations via Agoda.com. Will stay again without any questions next time we... More

Safely arrived home after a terrible and stressful stay with paloma hotel hanoi. Apart from the prominent location in the area of the west lake, the hotel itself is hopeless. The building and room is not maintained, dirty floor and bath tub, curtain blinds falling down, hot water tube not even working, no sound proofs walls, poor untrained staff, etc... More

Stayed here two nights. Not too bad, but the only thing to really recommend this place is the location in Tay Ho, close to expat area with decent restaurants and out of the madness of the old quarter. Hotel has zero sound proofing, so you will hear every noise from the room above you. Hotel also has a strong sewage... More

booked rooms for friends and myself for 1 night due to transit in Hanoi. 30 min away from Noi Bai airport, reasonable price for rooms. our rooms did not have any windows, except giving into corridor, but when in transit - does not matter. friendly reception staff, quite clean rooms, free wi-fi, small breakfast - in conslusion - good for...
