The staff were helpful and the hotel was really nice. My room was quiet and spacious and kept clean. The staff helped with bookings for taxis, Halong Bay day trip and the Water Puppet theatre, provided advice about eating out, etc.

I was only for two nights in this hotel, but its really a good place to stay, the rooms are complete clean and good, the staff is extreemly helpfull, service is perfect and most speak good english. The food is good and i feel the price is very low comparing to what you get.
