Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was big and comfortable. Bed was firm with clean sheets. Bath was clean with strong water pressure. Don't expect fast internet connections. Location in old quarters was noisy but that's what you want to see. Only be wary with tours booked thru hotel, likely to be on high side.

The Hanoi Posh Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Spring was truly an asset to the hotel, providing us with all the information we needed and making us breakfast in the morning. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly too. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

The hotel is an older building with heavy, dark furnishings that give it a somber feeling. Bathroom is small and outdated and there was never very much hot water. I stayed in the deluxe room for 4 nights. Room is clean, comfortable, staff is very helpful and polite. One of staff came to the greet us when we was just arrived in front of hotel. Great hotel in the central of the old quarter of Hanoi. Bonus was the breakfast being included. Staff are very helpful without being pushy. Can't fault it.
