They provided free airport pickup, wifi, and a decent breakfast. The staff organized a great Halong Bay tour for us. They also organized a train ticket to Hue for us, and then got it switched it to Danang when our travel plans changed. This saved us a lot of time and energy! They also provided us with a room for... We spent nearly 6 days at this hostel, as well as booked trips to Halong Bay & Sapa through their travel agency. We stayed in a nice big double room for $20, one street side and one in the back. The rooms are serviced daily, and the a/c and hot water worked just fine. The rooms are not brand new,... More

The single room was old, had no windows. I didn't feel it was value for money at all. Staff were friendly, but bit pushy for me to book a tour with them. Breakfast wasn't anything special, just bread, jam and fruit. It would have been tastier to go out for breakfast. Location was ok - but not the best. 10-15... More

I booked this place before I came back from Cat Ba. Only one night, and it was cheap, so I went for it. I booked for a single private room. When I arrived, I was told that they had a lot of vacancy, so they gave me a double room, which had no windows at all. So I asked if... More

Stayed here twice with a trip to Halong Bay inbetween. First few nights I stayed in a dorm which was ok, although the bathroom emitted quite a pong, but that's Vietnamese plumbing for you. The wifi worked ok and the free breakfast was fine and could be enjoyed on the light and airy 5th floor terrace, which gave views across... More

The hostel itself was okay, the room was a little damp which could have been down to the time of year as Hanoi was rainy and muggy. The staff were really friendly and helpful organising our Halong trip and airport transfers. One negative was the laundry service as we are still not convinced whether our clothes were actually washed or... More

Had a very good stay. Cheap room, cleaned every day with clean towels. Basic free breakfast included, nice location in Old Quarter. Very friendly staff, tho I think the day time female staff is a bit more friendly and service minded then the evening male staff. Stil not bad tho. Booked a tour to Halong Bay, not to cheap but... If I ever go back to Hanoi old town I'd definitely stay here again. Extremely good value for money. For less than USD 20 I got a clean double room with excellent wifi, view of the rooftops, and ensuite bathroom. Staff was also very friendly and helpful My only concern with this hotel is fire safety. I didn't see any... More

While we were visiting friends, we stayed in atlantic hotel for 7 days. We got the biggest room, bathroom with hot shower an quite clean. Room very nice. The service was very poor. Probably because we stayed there so many nights and they are used to us and had not to keep up appearances. The so called breakfast buffet was... More

We found a very good offer for Atlantic hotel and decided to stay there. Hanoi center has thousands of hotels and it's always difficult to choose. Atlantic is great for a short stay: it has nice beds (slightly soft mattresses), it´s clean and it even has a bathtub if you want to relax. It's a slightly noisy street, but it's... More
