I've now stayed here twice. Great staff who look after all your needs is the start, then you realise you're in the middle of the old quarter, super convenient to all the locations, restaurants and bars. Great value, will stay here every time I come back to Hanoi.

The hotel is nicely situated in the center of the old Hanoi, our room was clean, but far from what you can see on the pictures. Location is very good and convenience, but inner is horrible, bed has lots of noise and bugs, furniture is bad shape, bathtub broken, breakfast limited, the worst is one of the staff is bad attitute, always shows black face and he is there everyday, lift always spoilt.
