Stayed here at the beginning of a Vietnam tour with Intrepid. Was ok but very hard bed and no window. Shower was also average and flooded the floor every time. Can't comment on value because was included in the trip but wouldn't stay here again by choice.

Very well located, close to downtown area and old quarters, but at the same time not too close. Rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly. A very safe spot indeed.

Very good hotel with helpful cheerful staff. The only problem was the loud TV in the neighbour's house on level 5 but earplugs solved that.

Our room was on the 7th floor and overlooked the street and roof-tops. The room was comfortable, with daily servicing, awesome laundry service and great selection of art work and vases. The hotel was close to restaurants, cafes and easy walking distance to markets, spas, and early morning tai-chi and exercise sessions.shopping.
