Staff were very helpful, room was a good size and bathroom was roomy. TV reception was very poor from the old TV in our deluxe room. I stayed here 2 nights and were very impressed with the room size and service, Free breakfast is offered every morning.The bed was very comfortable and the suite was very clean.The location is fantastic,its minutes to the Lake, shops, pharmacy and train station.I would and already have recommended this hotel.

We stayed at The Hanoi Ngocmai for 2 nights.The room is of good size and nicely furnished. Staff at the hotel is genuinely making an effort to make your stay memorable.Good location, good quality rooms,free internet and breakfast was good.Will definately stay here again next time I come to Hanoi and highly recommend it.

It was very well located in Hanoi Old Quarter, the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.Complimentary breakfast and free internet.We stayed 2 nights in March and room was lovely, clean.I've already recommended this hotel to several people.
