This is a great little hotel with nice rooms, great showers and really lovely staff. I was here for 4 nights and got sick and the staff could not be more helpfui. I spent three nights at this hotel. The rooms are small but very well appointed, with fridge, jug, safe. It was very quiet and seemed to have good sound proofing between the rooms. No words can able to express this Hotel. Their service beat some of the 5 star Hotels which i have stayed before, Excellent and clean room, service very helpful and ideally located to any parts of Hanoi.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nites in mid October for business. It has a quaint location in diplomatic district on Nam Ngu St..which not all taxi's know, but referencing the nearby well known restaurants (Indochine and Quoc An Ngoc) will get you there. Stayed here first night in Hanoi & returned for 2 nights at the end of trip. Staff could not have been more helpful & freindly, printing maps and giving directions. We only stayed here 1 night to take the tran to Hoi an the next day. After bad nights in noisy hotel with lousy beds we took the luxury stay. We loved it but prices are a bit high though.
