Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Clean rooms with all the extras (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, water, fruit, tv, hangers), quite, great service, wifi, internet downstairs as well, but.. but so so hard to find when walking back from anywhere because the streets are so confusing in Hanoi. After being kidnapped and taken to another hotel we finally got to the Luxor, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, bed comfy and hot water. Definitely the positive in Hanoi. More
