The hotel was very goodin several ways. It has a good central location. The staff are excellent and also speak good English. The rooms are clean and spacious. I found the price very reasonable. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.

Great mid-range place with fantastic staff. Rooms are clean with all mod cons and the hotel manages to be an oasis in the frantic Old Quarter of Hanoi. After a horrible experience on Cat Ba island, it was great to come back to somewhere professionally run.
