Great hotel, great location, great food (room service; breakfast a lot of reheated dinners, get breakfast up the road at many a great eatery). Rooms nice and clean, bathrooms good, lots of nice towels and toiletries. good family hotel very close to the center of Dalat. Nice friendly staff.

Hotel is located at good location. Staff is well trained. Facilities are well maintained. Its a good place to stay for business trip. However, food is not good. So dont eat at hotel restaurant then it will be ok

We stayed here for one night as part of a tour arranged via Travel Indochina. Dalat is different to many of the other spots we stayed. Fairly small and colder as in is on higher ground. From memory we paid $55USD a night through Agoda for a deluxe King room, don't bother booking through hotel, they'll ask for $90USD a night.. Not worth it! Check in took ages, most unorganized and unfriendly service we experience throughout Vietnam. The room here was excellent, well maitained. We spent 3 nights in Dalat and stayed in this hotel. This was a good place to stay. Staff very warm hearted, friendly like the people we met in Muine. Nothing should be complained here. Absolutely nice place. We will come back for the next time. Lisa
