Location is great and it is in the Arab / Middle eastern area of Pattaya. The rooms were very nice and staff were good. Pool area was ok but seemed to be dominated by bearded men - weird eery feel I have to say. I moved next door after one night to the Siam Bayshore which was way better for... More

This is a quality hotel and just far enough from the walking street strip to keep it quiet. I stayed for 4 nights in late April of 2012. The room was nice and had everything you need to be confortable. The pool was large with a swim up bar and slide etc. The hotel also had a decent fitness center... More

We've used this hotel twice before and liked it. But this time the room had become worn and shabby. Worse still there was a problem with the lighting in our room causing the lights to turn on randomly including five times during our first night. They failed to fix the fault and, after a second sleepless night, we insisted in... More

We (wife and kids too) stayed here during the floods in Bangkok. Overall the hotel is quite good - with two pools. The restaurant's food was pretty good too (I liked their fish and chips). There is a cheap breakfast across the street (american and french b'fasts). They make an effort to make the hotel a cut above others. But... More

From what I've read, I'm guessing we were in the executive wing. Our room had a balcony which over looked the pool area. The room was nice, roomy, and the bathroom was very big with a separate (and very nice) shower and tub. The pool area was beautiful. It's not a bad walk to The Walking Street. No problems and... Rated average because the pool and restaurant are great. The room needs the to be redone. Most horizontal surfaces were damaged or had cigarette marks. Internet dropped frequently. Sink drain leaked even after their repair.

We were lucky enough to get rooms in the newly built executive wing. Quality of rooms, deco, size absolutely amazing. We visited friends staying in the central Hilton and their rooms weren't half as good - however the bar in the swimming pool was much better than ours;). Would recommend to anyone. Sightly away from the main beach but transport... More
