The hotel is not as bad as was previously mentioned - it looks posh, reception area especially. But it looked like the hotel was more suitable for business people (although who goes there for business anyway :P), and not so family-friendly. There were no amenities for children. This Hotel is nowhere near a 4*. The service, room, and other venues were either not working or in poor repair as follws: - Room Safe not working - Balcony Jet Tub had cold water, and loose water handles - Pool had electrical wires (Electrical Hazard) strung over it and taped with electrical tape; 80% of the lights did not... More

booked 8 days here via [---] super efficient website. unfortunately super efficient only in getting my 19520 baht from visa as hotel said that they had never heard of [---] or mono travel company limited (the company actually owning the website) and demanded immediate payment of 3213 baht for night "we will never refund". mai dee mai?. just what you...
