I had stayed before in the Sawasdee Siam in Soi Buakhao and thought it was value for money so foolishly expected the Sea View to be of sim ilar standard. It wasn't. The room was extremely poor. Room is average ,Location is good you can walk to beach and Central Shopping mall, Buffet not too bad ,No elavator, Good for stay one night just for sleep,seem a bit smell in the room.

Avoid this hotel cause it will spoil your mood. Bad , impolite staff, cramped rooms, dusty lane, only advantage is close to sea beach. but construction going on, hence of no value. bad behavior by staff, i don't know how they are surviving up till now.

Cheap and close to the beach, otherwise nothing going for this hotel. Staff unfriendly, rooms run down and cramped. And the access road is virtually impassable due to construction. Avoid this place if possible.
