I am sorry to write a bad review, but compared to other Accor Managed Resorts (e.g. Grand Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok), this hotel is depressing.
Reasons--
1. Hotel Receptionists and office staff are unprofessional and act like school kids.
2. When we arrived the room was dirty with hair and sand on the floor.

I enjoyed the visit to Pattaya and the accomodation at the Mercure. A very pleasant hotel that the rooms where clean and refreshing and the staff are very accomodating. The hotel is situated only 5 mins from the beach and 10mins from walking street.
