Pathetic service... Disgusting, worst rooms, never stay even if they offer you free accommodation.... We have almost sleepless nights during our stay there was cockroaches, dirty rooms, poor room service, old fashioned rooms. i think its never renovated since the day hotel built.

This Hotel is poor service at Resciption very bad, Staf at desk can be very unplesent to deal whit.I have be staying at this hotel, at lest once a year over 10y I'v seen the hotel go down hill. Rooms not very clean, bathromes are a joke, This hotel needs a complete makeover

my parents could not come to greet me in my room without paying extra person fee for 2 extra persons. The staffs manners are teribble. To remention extremely terrible

We stayed here for 2 nights. Rude reception staff but friendly security staff. Wouldnt stay again here. They have carpet on corridors which are dirty. Our room was very basically cleaned. this hotel is a big property.. quite famous in Pattaya. We reached Pattaya from Bangkok and checked in the hotel. you have to walk down few steps from main road to the hotel entrance. For 1100 bht (about 25 euros) you can have a very clean and comfortable room (equivalent to a 3 stars hotel in france). You can ask for an ocean view and i would be even better!
