We love this hotel, and my family have been coming here for years. Nice, spacious rooms. Wonderful pools. Exceptional service. For a family thinking needing some sea air and the buzz Pattaya offers, this is the best option going. Verdict: The best family hotel in Pattaya.

A nice comfortable hotel with good service and breakfast would recommend to stay here again very good all round. Good bar across the road called the sportsman

Enjoyed 1 week at resort. Very comfortale rooms- construction going on behind room from 7 am which was not so good but that is just bad timing. The facilities were great, must recommend the Spa, great Thai massage. Pool areas good. Restauarnt anbd staff above average. Would stay there again if in Pattaya.

This hotel has recently undergone an update and it showed. We had a wonderful 8 nights in a deluxe pool room with direct access to the pool. It was everything we wanted, relaxing, slow paced contrast to Pattaya itself which is right outside! All staff were wonderful and typically Thai with their politeness and willingness to please at all costs.... More

The decoration is such like a tropic style with lots of tree and plants. It give you resort impression which is total match with Pattya. A awesome Cafe with free wi-fi just outside the resort. Very beautiful layout and free-style. I have the great experience and irreplaceable memory with my dear friends. Love it!

Excellent resort hotel.........but not perfect. No real criticism but beginning to show some fatigue in certain areas. The front of house staff are efficient but sometimes officious and the swimming pool bar chages are very high. From the time you step through the lobby at the Residences until the time you leave the staff are absolutely fantastic. We stay at Woodland every time when visit Pattaya. Friendly staff, nice room with 3 pool areas, we sit at the pool for hours. Must try their Italian restaurant to die for! Very nice update front desk/lobby area too.
