The rates are comparable with those of the Hilton, but the different is that at Dusit Thani you get free bugs in the bathroom. Staff was kind in upgrading the room immediately, but such things should not happen at all.

It was such a pleasure staying at Dusit thani. Service was just great throughout. Staff always greeted us with smiles whenever we came across them. Sudella aka Bill (sorry not sure how it's spelled but that's how it sounded) at the check out/ guest relation was just amazing.

We were upgraded to a Club suite on arrival, and were given a comfortable, spacious room overlooking the swimming pool and the bay of Pattaya, with a nice balcony.

Excellent hotel stayed here for 12 days the hotel was clean and staff were excellent towels were always put down on sunbeds for guests. Relaxing and peaceful away from busy and noisy area of walking street but just a shot tuc tuc ride away for 10tbh per person.

I have stayed here on 3 occasions over the last 10 years. It is a lovely hotel on a promontery at Pattaya. The rooms are excellent.
The lobby area is marble, lush vegetation and waterfalls.
The pools are super. The staff are always so attentive and can never do enough to help you,
which is typical of the Thai people....
