I have had problems with the internet at the hotel during my many visits to this hotel. This last trip, your IT team provided me with a cable and I was finally able to connect and continue my my work in the evenings while at the hotel. The breakfast is great, a great way to start the day. more

What a great hotel! I was very impressed with the design and decor from the moment we walked in. We got upgraded to the Ocean tower upon our arrival and we were not disappointed. We stay in the junior suite at the Ocean Tower. No any privacy in the toilette and bath because its open to the bedroom, its horrible. Have to send the partner to the balcony, so that you feel comfortable. The architect of the hotelrooms I wondering go to the university or buy his diploma or win it in the lotterie.... more

I loved my room and the view t was better than home in the USA. The Thai people were awsome and the service was the best ever!!!!! I will visit again soon and will bring my 9 year old daughter as I want her to lean and enjoy the Thailand culture as I did!!!!! I will always respect the Thai... more

I like the hotel and will continue to stay there mainly for the old style rooms and garden area. But i did prefer the more natural old garden that provided shade and places to sit. I dont know the new highrise building. I dont understand why the hotel charges for internet. more
