We were with our family and our room was on the second floor but in this modern world we were shocked to hear that there r no lifts which is the worst part of our tour.Rooms were very small and kids were very annoyed.The lobby was open without any ac's which was very humid and irritating.

I stayed at the Amari Orchid Pattaya - Ocean Tower. My stay was for business and extremely pleasant. The atmosphere is fantastic and the personnel always had a smile on their face. They were able to accommodate any request I had.
