Stayed at the nova gold for 10 days, nice and central in a quiet soi. staff effecient and freindly, rooms modern with good wifi, bathrooms large and clean, housekeepers very good, pool and gym ok. When you open the door to the room you smells sewage odour.The room feels like renowated and not new. Our was damaged in the ceeling above the shower. Noe wooden floor, but bad laminate. This is a first rate option if you are in the 3*+ bracket. Good rooms but even better staff especially Nui and the reception team. Spotlessly clean and Rolls Royce service.
