stayed there in aug for 3 days.. Room was clean n hygine. Also has 24x7 resto bar. Also staff is very cooperative. Breakfast was also good and at reasonable price. It is very good in terms of price for money. Will definetly book if I visit again.

Over the past 20 years I've lodged at scores of establishments in Patts and this place for what you pay in comparison to it's near neighbours comes out on top. My room was spotlessly clean,quality bed linen,odourless.Some street noise. Standard British fayre in the coffee shop,the limited Thai menu I found to be of a very high standard.
